Postage


We will package your order in plain mailing bags, boxes or tubes (without our name or logo) to save you any awkward questions from any nosy friends, family or coworkers that might see your post arrive. We only want to cause one type of red cheeks!
Your order will be shipped within two working days of us receiving the order. We are a UK based company, so a working day is classed as

 

Monday-Friday, exclusive of bank holidays.

Returns

If you wish to return an item we will need to be informed before you place an item in the post.

 

Do not send a return without consulting us before hand. You can contact us using f3werks@gmail.com or by using the contact us form in the FAQ page. 

We will only accept returns due to items that are faulty, this is due to the personal nature of the items we produce and the materials that they are made from. 

 

If you have an item you wish to return we will ask for a synopsis of why you wish to return the item and for photographic evidence pointing out where you think the item has fallen below expectations.

 

The items should not be used and should be in the condition that they were sent out in.

We work in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 2015 and the Sale of Goods and Services Act, this means that return to be valid must be done within 14 days of receipt of the order, by you the customer. They must be in the unused, unopened condition that they were sent. Goods that are not in this specific condition will be refused due to being deemed as exempt under the regulations as 'Goods by nature cannot be returned' as hygiene cannot be guaranteed'.

Any postage charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund given.

Packaging

All items will be packaged in non branded discrete packaging to protect privacy of the individual ordering, the packaging may vary depending on the item ordered but will always be nondescript in nature. 

Dispatch Times

Once your order is placed it will be dispatched within two working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays, should your order be placed while we are on a vacation period ourselves we will delay your order with your agreement or offer a refund of any monies paid. It is the customers responsibility to make sure any postal address is correct and in full.

 

If the item is sent to the wrong address we will in no way be liable to replace or recover the item.

Lost or Undelivered Items

Please inform us of any late or undelivered items, we use Royal Mail to ship orders and they do not consider an item lost or late until up to 15 working days after the delivery date. (20 working days for non UK)

You can let us know if an item hasn't arrived by using either our email f3werks@gmail.com or by using the contact us form in the menu bar under FAQ.

If the items cannot be traced and we have a successful claim we will issue a replacement for you the customer on the order form. Yourself as the customer may be required to provide us with any relevant information to aid this process. IF you do not fulfil any reasonable request for information to help us aid your claim we may cease to act on your behalf with the required persons.

We also reserve the right to share any correspondence with the relevant authorities where we believe that fraudulent activities may be occurring.

Import Duties or Taxes

You the customer will be responsible for any import charges or taxes that may occur from any orders you place with us, we are not in control of these rules and will not be liable for them.

You the customer must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Damaged or Missing Items

If the items are damaged in transit by the delivery service we will require photographic evidence of not only the packaging but also the items and goods involved.

We also reserve the right to share any correspondence with the relevant authorities where we believe that fraudulent activities may be occurring.

Insurance

Be aware that when you are going to place an order that your level of coverage in regards to postal insurance should cover the full cost of the items that you are going to be purchasing. We will not cover the difference in case of a lost item if the service you have selected is not sufficient.

Tracking

We will deliver all orders Royal Mail First or Second Class depending on the delivery option selected, tracking is an option so is signed for deliveries, these extra services are not free and will have to be paid extra for by the customer. Unless otherwise stated by a discount code or sale.
